Booking Policies

These terms apply to all coaching sessions (online, phone, or in person).

Appointments

Sessions are by appointment only. You may request a session via the calendar, contact form or email.

Fees and Payment

Please contact me for details.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, except in cases of:

- Risk of serious harm to self or others

- Legal requirements

- Safeguarding concerns involving children or vulnerable adults

Emergencies

This is not a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger, contact:
